Recurring keeps your pet on a consistent grooming schedule. Choose every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks and we’ll automatically create your next appointment—so you never forget.

Recurring appointments are scheduled one week before your service date. Once the appointment is created and a groomer confirms it, your payment is processed.

The Annual plan is billed upfront for the full year. Your recurring appointments are prepaid, and no additional cost is charged at the time of each groom unless you add extra services.

Your Fi reward activates once your first recurring groom is completed.

3. Get Your Fi Code by Email

Within 5 business days, Groomit will send you a unique code to claim your Fi Mini GPS Tracker + 6-month membership (activation fee not included).

Your price stays locked while your recurring plan is active. If you cancel and restart later, the new plan may reflect updated pricing.

We do our best to keep your preferred groomer assigned. If they're unavailable, we’ll match you with a similar groomer based on location, skills, and experience.

Yes, just update your appointment before your groomer confirms. Once confirmed, cancellation fees may apply based on our policy.

Yes. If you're on Flexible and want to upgrade to Annual, you can switch anytime. If you’re on Annual and want to switch to Flexible, changes take effect once your annual term ends.

Absolutely! You’ll receive reminders before each upcoming appointment so you always know what’s scheduled.

Yes, you’ll get a reminder before we schedule your appointment, another after the groomer confirms it, and a final reminder the day before your service.

No cancellation fees on annual. If you miss an appointment on the annual plan, it will be added towards the end of your annual plan

Yes. Each pet can have its own schedule and recurring plan based on their needs.
